Questions about pricing?

Everything you need to know before you sign up.

Is there really no credit card required?
Absolutely. Your 30-day free trial starts the moment you sign up — no card, no commitment. You'll only be asked for payment details when your trial ends and you decide to continue.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my child limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and make it easy to upgrade. We won't cut off your access or charge you automatically — you stay in control.
Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored in UK-based servers, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), and processed in full compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are ICO registered.
Do you offer discounts for multi-site nurseries?
Yes. Our Enterprise plan is fully customised for nursery groups — including volume pricing, centralised billing, and a dedicated account manager. Get in touch and we'll build a tailored package.
How long does onboarding take?
Most nurseries are fully set up within 1–2 days. Our UK onboarding team will guide you through importing your data, setting up rooms and sessions, and inviting your staff and parents.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, with no cancellation fees or lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We'll also export all your data so you keep a full copy of your nursery records.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as BACS bank transfer for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
